Quality Control Asst. Manager (Electronics)

Position: Quality Control Asst. Manager (In-Process QC)

Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 THB (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hour: Monday–Friday (8:00 - 17:00)

Location: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakarn

Job Description:

• Manage and improve in-process and final quality control in manufacturing.
• Lead QC team in defect analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Handle customer quality issues, including line and market claims.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and improve product reliability.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and support new product launches and engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and relevant quality standards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  **• 8+ years of QC experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.**
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Experience with electronic parts assembly processes.
  • Good English, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
