🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Control

• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and construction quality from start to completion.
• Conduct inspections for structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming work.
• Prepare and follow up Snag List / Punch List.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure defects are properly resolved.
• Conduct material inspections and verify materials against approved specifications.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors regarding quality issues.
• Prevent unnecessary rework through early identification of construction problems.

K3 / HSE Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of K3 / HSE procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
• Ensure workers use appropriate PPE / APD, including helmets, safety shoes, safety glasses, masks, gloves, and full-body harness where required.
• Monitor safe working practices for high-risk activities such as working at welding, grinding, cutting, lifting, and electrical works.
• Report safety violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in Toolbox Meetings and Safety Induction.
• Assist in incident, near-miss, and unsafe-condition reporting.
• Support the project team in maintaining a safe and professional working environment.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within the construction industry.
• Experience in villa, hotel, apartment, resort, or high-end construction projects is highly preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
• K3 / HSE certification or experience is highly preferred.
• Able to identify construction defects and provide practical solutions.
• Good knowledge of PPE and basic construction safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under project deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site in Bali.
