To ensure all items produced daily have a QA Tag that includes the QA disposition prior to the next process.

Check the first run sample versus the standard sample and product technical specifications (PTS) prior to mass production. Check the color, layout, text, barcode; laydown, adhesion, and defects.

Ensure that the procedure is properly monitored during the processing in accordance with the Food Safety Policy.

Ensure all test data are accurate and documented.

Prepares Hold for Approvals to all non-conforming items.

Report any deviation to the QA Specialist for immediate corrective action.

Educate the production team on quality control issues to improve overall company safety and product quality.

Put a label or QA tag on all produced items prior to the next process.

Check and validate ink and adhesive gsm.

Coordinate with the Operator some adjustments needed for troubleshooting and validate adjustments made.

Keeps sample from start-up, adjustment, and roll down.

Attends daily endorsement.
