Quality Control（质量检验员）

About the role

Lemax Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Quality Control in Senai Airport City, Johor.The QC personnel will conduct inspections, monitor production processes, and identify any defects or non-conformities to maintain consistent product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection for incoming materials against drawings/specifications and perform visual inspection to identify defects on the materials. Do IQC photo takings and maintain records. Report any nonconforming materials to QA or production manager for handling.

• Use measuring tool and equipment such as vernier caliper, micrometer, VMM and Digital Microscope etc to perform geometrical measurements. Proper handling of tools and equipment and support calibration control.

• Perform In-Process and Outgoing inspections of assembled machines or materials before release for shipment. Support Final Acceptance Test (FAT) checks such as Repeatability Test, Laser Power Test etc.

• Complete and keep IQC/IPQC/OQC and FAT records accurately to maintain traceability of inspection results.

• Follow established QC procedures, work instructions and ISO:9001 & 14001 requirements.

Minimum Requirement(s):

1. Education: SPM or above
2. Experience: QC in machine assembly experience is preferred. Fresh candidates with relevant technical knowledge can be considered.
3. Skills: Able to read 2D CAD drawings and use measuring tools and equipment such as vernier caliper, micrometer, VMM or Digital Microscope.
4. Detail-oriented, able to identify material abnormalities/defects, maintain accurate inspection records and communicate quality issues clearly.
5. Good documentation practice.
6. Ability to speak Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Location: Senai Airport City, Johor.

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (1.5 hours lunch break)
