We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to maintaining product quality and precision through thorough inspection processes and collaboration with various teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet established quality standards and in improving overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Conduct meticulous inspections of finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, noting any deviations and recommending improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, providing feedback on quality issues and collaborating on corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to optimize quality control procedures.
• Training: Assist in training production staff on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and address quality issues promptly.

• Fixed schedule Mondays - Saturdays
