What they need
Position Summary
The primary job is to set and maintain the grade of every crop we run. To ensure that we keep the integrity of the PIQ Program. To have the best quality!
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Must be on time.
Must set grade in each grade dept. and pack area.
All incidents/accidents must be reported to supervisor
All appointments must be reported to supervisor a minimum TWO days in advance
Cleaning will be required from All employees
*Extractor
*All state issued equipment
Attend training for hygiene.
Check scale before use with 10 pound state issued weight
Must perform maturity on every lot on run sheet.
Check aged fruit
Check fruit in receiving after it arrives
Work with control room to correct sizing
Work with state inspectors
report any issues with crops to Packing House manager and Field.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
