We're looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated professionals to join our growing team at Ramadevi Foods Production Unit, Proddatur!

🔎 Open Positions:

1️⃣ Laboratory Analyst – Quality Control (QC)

💰 Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on skills, qualifications, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, receive, identify, and prepare samples for laboratory testing.

• Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological tests as per approved methods and SOPs.

• Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Review analytical results against approved specifications.

• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity.

• Follow laboratory safety, GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.

• Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.

2️⃣ Quality Control (QC) Executive – Raw Material, SFG & In-Process Quality

💰 Salary: ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA (Negotiable based on skills, qualifications, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve incoming raw materials as per specifications.

• Verify supplier COAs, labels, packaging, and storage conditions.

• Conduct sampling and laboratory testing of raw materials and SFG.

• Perform in-process quality checks at critical production stages.

• Identify non-conforming materials and products and initiate corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection, testing, and release records.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and QA teams.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI requirements.

3️⃣ Hygiene Executive

💰 Salary: ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA (Negotiable based on skills, qualifications, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor employees' personal hygiene and PPE compliance.

• Conduct daily hygiene inspections of production areas, equipment, and utilities.

• Verify cleaning and sanitation activities.

• Ensure implementation of GMP and GHP practices on the shop floor.

• Monitor pest control activities and maintain records.

• Conduct hygiene training and awareness programs.

• Identify hygiene deviations and initiate corrective actions.

• Maintain hygiene audit records and support internal and regulatory inspections.

• Monitor waste disposal, housekeeping, and surrounding-area hygiene.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Relevant knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Laboratory Testing, or Hygiene Management.

• Understanding of food safety standards, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and applicable SOPs.

• Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

• A proactive attitude and commitment to quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.
