What they need
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in a growing baking company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Location: Medley, FL
Salary: $18 – $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Accurately record data and maintain reports using Excel.
- Apply basic math skills to measure, test, and track production quality.
- Support administrative functions related to quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and quality procedures.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer programs.
- Strong basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Previous administrative experience (required).
- Quality Assurance or food industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks.
