Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

1. 质量管理体系搭建、维护、内部审核，确保体系符合公司及印尼当地合规要求。
   Establishing, maintaining and conducting internal audits of the quality management system to ensure it complies with both the company’s and local Indonesian regulatory requirements.
2. 质量文件编写、修订、发放、归档，实现质量文件版本受控管理。
   Drafting, revising, distributing and archiving quality documentation to ensure version-controlled management of quality documents.
3. 供应商质量管控，开展供应商准入审核，定期做供应商绩效考核，推动供应商质量改善。
   Supplier quality control: conducting supplier qualification audits, carrying out regular supplier performance assessments and driving quality improvements amongst suppliers.
4. 开展现场质量培训，对生产、仓储人员开展质量标准、检验要求培训。
   Conduct on-site quality training for production and warehouse staff on quality standards and inspection requirements.
5. 市场质量问题分析改善，接收客户质量反馈，根因分析，制定纠正预防措施。
   Analyze and address quality issues in the market; receive customer quality feedback, conduct root cause analysis, and formulate corrective and preventive actions.
6. 来料检验 IQC：对采购入库原材料执行检验，判定合格 / 不合格，把控来料质量关口。
   Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspect raw materials upon receipt and storage, determine acceptance or rejection, and control the quality of incoming materials.
7. 过程检验 IPQC：生产过程巡检，核查工艺执行、半成品质量，及时拦截过程不良。
   In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Conduct patrol inspections during the production process to verify compliance with processes and the quality of semi-finished products, and promptly intercept defects during production.
8. 成品检验 FQC/OQC：成品完工检验、出货前检验，确保出货产品满足客户标准。
   Final Product Inspection (FQC/OQC): Carry out final product inspections upon completion and pre-dispatch checks to ensure that shipped products meet customer standards.
9. 不合格品管控：不良品隔离、标识，组织各部门评审，执行返工、报废、让步接收处置。
   Control of non-conforming products: Isolate and label defective items; organise reviews involving relevant departments; and implement rework, scrapping or concessionary acceptance procedures.

Qualifications:

1. 学历：本科及以上，质量管理、机电相关专业；
   Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, specializing in Quality Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
2. 经验：制造业质量岗位经验，熟悉 IQC/IPQC/FQC 检验流程；
   Experience: Experience in quality roles within the manufacturing sector, with familiarity with IQC/IPQC/FQC inspection processes;
3. 能力：了解质量体系，具备不良问题分析能力；
   Skills: Understanding of quality management systems and the ability to analyze quality issues;
4. 语言：印尼语流利，具备中文、英语口语能力优先。
   Languages: Fluent in Indonesian; spoken Chinese and English skills are an advantage.
