Quality Control Engineer 1

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, Control and Improve Input and Output Parameters
2. Controls stability of line making use of SPC tools.
3. Conducts commonality study and generate reports on lots affected with medium to high risk abnormalities.
4. Verifies medium and high risk abnormalities in the line and conduct investigation.
5. Standardization process and system improvement item.
6. Report generation and correct response related on encountered abnormalities.
7. Conducts evaluations and validations for Individual Improvement activities.
8. Supports Leader in handling High risk issues in commonality gathering and rootcause investigations.
9. Conducts failure analysis (SEM, EDX, FTIR, Peel Test, Reliabilty, etc.) in aid of any critical investigations.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or BS Computer Engineering
2. At least 6 months of work experience and exposure in Quality Control in Manufacturing company or any related field
3. Willing to work on shifting schedule.
