Quality Control Engineer

Responsibility:

Customer claim position:

1. Acting as the main representative for customer communication regarding product quality issues, 4M changes, and customer requests.
2. Improve production quality to meet targets and customer requirements.
3. Collaborate internally to analyze root causes and explain to customers.
4. Support customer audits and follow-up improvements.
5. Coordinate with R&D and APQP teams during new model launches.
6. Responsible for in-house quality by to leader in problem solving, monitoring and improvement to support company.
7. To co-ordinate with internally and customer for smooth and complete for process change control.

Market claim position:

1. Act as the primary customer representative, coordinating and negotiating with customers regarding product quality issues.
2. Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective measures, and provide timely reports to customers.
3. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and provide feedback to the factory for continuous quality improvement.
4. Monitor and control Quality KPIs, including quality targets and quality loss costs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during new product launches and support initial quality activities.
6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to overseas partners on quality-related issues.

Qualify:

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field.

2. 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in automotive or OEM industries.

3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

4. Familiar with 7 QC tools, FMEA, and APQP systems.

5. Strong understanding of quality management principles.

6. Good command of English (speaking and writing).
