About the role
Supports quality assurance activities including inspection, audit compliance, corrective actions, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor product and process quality compliance
- Conduct inspections and analyze quality issues
- Prepare and maintain quality records and reports
- Handle customer complaints, defects, and corrective actions
- Assist during ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and customer audits
- Coordinate with Production and other departments regarding quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and error-proofing activities
- Maintain calibration and inspection records
- Provide quality-related guidance and training when necessary
About you
- Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis and 8D Methodology
