Quality Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and fabricated parts as per required quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final inspection of packaging machines and machine components.
• Check dimensions, measurements, alignment, finishing, and assembly quality.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and QC records.
• Identify quality defects and coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams for corrective action.
• Ensure machines are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct functional testing of machines before dispatch.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspection and testing activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Service, and Design teams regarding quality issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality problems.
• Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected or defective materials.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
• Assist in preparing Final Inspection Reports / Quality Reports before machine dispatch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
