Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance engineering activities are carried out according to defined procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, manufacturing processes, or supplier performance.
• Provide technical guidance on quality-related matters to junior engineers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering role.
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of industrialization principles, including lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
