Job Description

OQC Engineer

• Implement quality plan and company's quality management system for OQC section.
• Responsible to implement and maintain outgoing quality improvement.
• Create outgoing SOP inspection criteria or checklist for OQC inspector.
• Responsible to provide training for OQC leaders and inspectors on OQC related activities and material.
• Handle outgoing non-conforming issue related to product quality issue.
• Responsible for all internal / customer / external audit for OQC section.
• Manpower arrangement for OQC section where necessary.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction related activities, including complaint, audit and improvement program.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior as and when needed.

IQC Engineer

• Implement quality plan and company's quality management system for IQC section
• Responsible to implement and maintain supplier and incoming quality improvement
• Create incoming inspection criteria and method for IQC inspector. (SIP & MSOP)
• Responsible to provide training for IQC leaders and inspectors on IQC related activities and material
• Handle customer or supplier non-conforming issue related to incoming material
• Responsible for all internal / customer / external audit for IQC section.
• Manpower arrangement for IQC section where necessary
• Responsible for supplier development and evaluation
• Any other tasks assigned by superior as and when needed
• Monitor IQC related equipment & machine

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control
3. Familiar with 7 QC Tools, 8D, 5 Core Tools, Capability Studies, and DMAIC.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
