Quality Control Engineer

QC Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Inspect machined components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform first-piece inspection and approve components after machine setup.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify component dimensions.
• Identify and report quality defects, rejections, and deviations.
• Monitor machining quality, tolerances, and surface finish.
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Reduce rejection and rework through continuous improvement.
• Ensure finished components meet customer quality requirements.

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
