Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control: Own the full inspection pipeline—testing raw materials coming in, monitoring the assembly line, and running final safety checks on completed units.

Product Safety & Hardware Testing: Run leakage tests on high-pressure gas valves and double-check safety components (like auto-shutoff sensors and ignition systems).

Vendors Site Visits: Visit vendors locations to inspect material, troubleshoot quality issues, and ensure the product works perfectly in the field.

Fixing Defects (CAPA): Track any product defects, figure out why they happened (root-cause analysis), and work with vendors to make sure the issue doesn't happen again.

Expectation:

Zero-Defect Goal: Ensure zero units leave the factory or get cleared at vendors sites.

Fast Field Response: Handle vendor-site quickly and give immediate, clear feedback to the team.

Vendor Accountability: Make sure suppliers fix defective parts rapidly so assembly never stops.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
