Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer with experience in fabrication and manufacturing environments to ensure the quality of fabricated components and structures as per drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect fabricated components and structures during various stages of fabrication.
• Check dimensions, welding quality, fit-up, alignment, and overall workmanship.
• Verify fabrication work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Conduct stage-wise inspection and maintain quality inspection records.
• Coordinate with the Production and Design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Identify defects and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and other quality documents.
• Support final inspection and ensure products are ready for dispatch as per quality requirements.
• Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Experience in quality control in fabrication, heavy engineering, structural fabrication, or similar industries.
• Good understanding of fabrication and welding processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of dimensional inspection and basic measuring instruments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.

Pay: ₹9,809.14 - ₹43,541.36 per month
