Quality Control Engineer (QC) - Building Construction

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You are the independent check on what gets built. You do not report to the Project Manager. Your job is to confirm that what is executed on site matches the approved and revision controlled drawing, and to say so in writing when it does not.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Inspect and sign off every work stage against the approved drawing and specification. No inspection, no next stage.

Run the request for inspection process and keep the checklist records complete.

Witness and record concrete testing, slump, cube samples, and reinforcement checks before pour.

Verify material arriving on site against the approved specification and reject what does not comply.

Maintain the non conformance register: raise it, track it, close it only when the fix is verified.

Build and manage the punch list through to handover.

Report quality findings directly to management, independent of the site execution line.

Confirm that no work has started on a drawing that is not approved and indexed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Minimum 3 years in construction quality control on building projects.

Solid knowledge of SNI standards for structure, concrete and finishing works.

You can read a structural drawing and a rebar schedule and check them against what is actually on site.

Villa, hotel or high end residential finishing experience is a strong advantage.

Documented, methodical, and willing to hold a position under pressure.

Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

TENTANG POSISI INI

Anda adalah pemeriksa independen atas apa yang dibangun. Anda tidak melapor kepada Project Manager. Tugas Anda memastikan bahwa yang dikerjakan di lapangan sesuai dengan gambar kerja yang disetujui dan ber-revisi jelas, dan menyatakannya secara tertulis bila tidak sesuai.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

Memeriksa dan menyetujui setiap tahap pekerjaan terhadap gambar dan spesifikasi yang disetujui. Tanpa inspeksi, tidak ada tahap berikutnya.

Menjalankan proses request for inspection dan menjaga kelengkapan catatan checklist.

Menyaksikan dan mencatat pengujian beton, slump, sampel kubus, serta pemeriksaan pembesian sebelum pengecoran.

Memverifikasi material yang datang terhadap spesifikasi yang disetujui, dan menolak yang tidak sesuai.

Mengelola register non conformance: menerbitkan, memantau, dan menutupnya hanya bila perbaikan sudah diverifikasi.

Menyusun dan mengelola punch list sampai serah terima.

Melaporkan temuan mutu langsung kepada manajemen, terpisah dari jalur pelaksanaan lapangan.

Memastikan tidak ada pekerjaan yang dimulai dari gambar yang belum disetujui dan belum ber-indeks.

KUALIFIKASI

S1 Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur.

Minimal 3 tahun di quality control konstruksi proyek gedung.

Menguasai standar SNI untuk struktur, beton dan pekerjaan finishing.

Mampu membaca gambar struktur dan bar bending schedule serta mencocokkannya dengan kondisi lapangan.

Pengalaman finishing villa, hotel atau residensial kelas atas menjadi nilai tambah besar.

Teliti, terdokumentasi, dan berani mempertahankan posisi di bawah tekanan.

Lancar berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.

Lembur dibayar terpisah di luar gaji pokok, sesuai peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
