Quality Control Engineer / QMS (Electronics)

Position : Quality Control Engineer (Inprocess OR Incoming) - Electronics

Location : Banglamung, Chonburi

Salary : 40,000 - 50,000 THB

Responsibillities :

In-process * 1

• Inspection of incoming materials :Ensure that all raw materials under quality inspection received from suppliers meet company quality standards and identify proper inspection methods to inspectors.Monitor cycle time of inspection and ensure no long aging backlog from IQC
• Inspection instruction to IQC :Prepared IQC checklist which include checking criteria and inspection methods (Identify inspection methods, reference and tools usage) for each individual part number.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accuracy records of inspections. Generate weekly IQC report and non-netting status report for internal stakeholders.

Incoming / Quality Control * 1

• Control manufacturing process and monitor quality performance both internal & external, review quality data with related persons regularly.
• Coordinate quality improvement activities for process stability and product quality, to implement process audit and hold quality meeting, etc.
• Handle quality issue happened in company's process and customer side, implement containment action, investigate the root cause, follow up corrective actions and response to related person/department, and Product Hold process follow up.

QMS

• Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Confirm the related requirements are continuously met
• Auditing the effectiveness of the QMS
• Responsible for the control and maintenance of quality documentation, control plans, work instructions, rework/inspection instructions, etc.
• Quality Auditor lead and coordination of all audits on the factory
• Support global audit programs, including realizing audits to other factories.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Having experience in electronics part
• Be able to work in Banglamung, Chonburi area
• Proficiency in English
• Can choose position between Quality Control - Inprocess, Incoming or QMS
