Quality Control Executive

About the role

A Quality Control Executive role focused on conducting independent quality site inspections on completed works, performing documentation audits, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality site inspections on completed works.
• Perform documentation audits and thorough verification.
• Perform compliance checks and assess adherence to maintenance standards and contractual requirements.
• Track defects, findings, and corrective actions, ensuring proper and timely closure.
• Support Authority audits and surveillance programmes.
• Verify the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors.
• Monitor the closure of defects and audit observations.

About you

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 41001, and audit processes is preferred.
