Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure quality control at all stages of food production
Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections
Maintain ISO/food safety documentation and compliance records
Support internal/external audits and implement corrective actions
Ensure adherence to HACCP/ISO food safety standards
Coordinate with production team to maintain quality benchmarks
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO, HACCP)
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation skills
