Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to support quality-related activities for pharmaceutical products. The role will involve documentation, product testing coordination, report review, and communication with manufacturers and laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review pharmaceutical quality documents.
• Collect and check product specifications, batch records, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Coordinate with testing laboratories for required product testing.
• Review laboratory reports and test results.
• Maintain proper records of quality documents and reports.
• Coordinate with manufacturers regarding quality-related requirements.
• Follow up on pending documents, reports, and testing activities.
• Support quality checks and documentation processes.
• Assist with handling quality-related queries and issues.
• Support audit-related documentation when required.
• Ensure quality records are updated and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, API, formulation, or related pharmaceutical work will be preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with CoA and laboratory reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good documentation and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage work and follow timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
