Quality Control Executive

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and that amenities are placed to meet guest expectations, at each site (Genting, Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor Bahru).
• Compile monthly quality reports, summarising unit conditions, staff performance and any areas requiring attention for the Company Director.
• Update Front Desk, Housekeeping and Operations SOP when required.
• Conduct CCTV records checking on a daily basis.
• Dealing with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct a spot check at the site.

Job Requirement:

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin is a MUST to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good time management. Able to work independently.
• Able to travel in their own car.
• Must be able to work at our HQ located at Setia Alam.
