WE ARE HIRING – QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE (COSMETICS)

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Quality Control Executive to join our Cosmetics / Personal Care Manufacturing team.

M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

3–5 Years of Relevant QC Experience

LOCATION

Vita Chowrangi, Korangi, Karachi

WORKING HOURS

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, bulk and finished cosmetic products.
• Perform chemical, physical and instrumental analysis according to approved specifications and test methods.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with HPLC, titration meters, and other laboratory instruments.
• Ensure proper calibration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
• Apply sound knowledge of analytical chemistry, chemical reactions, and cosmetic formulations.
• Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, deviations, and analytical discrepancies, and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, COAs, and analytical documentation.
• Ensure laboratory activities are performed in compliance with GLP, SOPs, and approved testing procedures.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements within QC laboratory operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant QC / Testing experience, preferably in Cosmetics or Personal Care Manufacturing
• Practical hands-on experience with HPLC and titration meters
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation
• Good understanding of chemical reactions and cosmetic formulations
• Experience in raw material, in-process, bulk, and finished product testing
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
• Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
