JOB TITLE: QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes and finished products meet required quality, food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physicochemical and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Perform sensory evaluation, routine inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, records, equipment calibration and reagent standardization.
• Train factory staff on quality, food safety and hygiene practices and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Quality Control, preferably within the FMCG/food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience in laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively with production teams.
