Quality Control Executive

Department: Quality Control
Location: Dombivli, Mumbai
Reports To: Factory Head / Quality Manager
Experience: 2–5 years preferred in Apparel/Garment Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections at different stages of garment production.
• Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and final products.
• Identify defects and take corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure products comply with approved samples, measurements, specifications, and buyer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and quality records.
• Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor recurring defects and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct final quality inspections before dispatch.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and SOPs.
• Support internal quality audits and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of AQL and defect classification.
• Good understanding of garment construction, stitching, measurements, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Experience in apparel manufacturing, especially denim, woven, or knit garments, will be preferred.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
