Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physicochemical and microbial analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes and conduct routine in-process quality checks.
• Conduct sensory evaluation of finished products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Investigate customer complaints and determine root causes and appropriate solutions.
• Train production staff on GMP, food safety, and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant quality control experience, preferably in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of GMP, food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦220,000.00 per month
