QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE

-Monitor and control product quality during production.

-Perform in-process and final inspection.

• Ensure products meet drawing, specification and customer requirements.

-Review and verify QC inspection results and records.

-Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production for corrective action.

-Handle non-conforming products and follow up on corrective actions.

-Investigate quality issues and customer complaints.

-Prepare and maintain QC reports and quality records.

-Monitor and ensure proper use and calibration of inspection equipment.

-Guide and supervise QC assistant and inspectors in daily inspection activities.

-Coordinate with Production, QA and other departments on quality matters.

-Ensure QC procedures, work instructions and inspection standards are followed.

-Handle SIRIM and CIDB audit. Support improvement activities and R&D projects

-Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
