Quality Control Executive

Role & responsibilities

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in Quality Control, Vendor Quality, Manufacturing Quality or

similar roles.

• Experience in factory/vendor inspections and pre-dispatch inspections.

• Good understanding of product quality, defect identification and inspection

documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly across South India.

• Comfortable conducting video inspections with China-based suppliers.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections.

Preferred Experience

Experience in home dcor, handicrafts, hardgoods, furniture, lifestyle products, textiles or

consumer products will be preferred.

Key KPIs

• Timely completion of physical and video QC inspections.

• Accuracy and completeness of QC reports.

• Effective identification of product defects.

• Timely closure of vendor quality issues.

• Reduction in recurring quality issues.

• Effective QC coverage of assigned South India vendors and China suppliers.
