Quality Control Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Executive to inspect elevator installation and

commissioning activities at customer sites. The candidate will ensure that all elevator

installations meet company quality standards, safety requirements, and technical

specifications.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct field inspections of elevator installation and commissioning at customer

sites.

 Verify installation quality, alignment, leveling, wiring, electrical connections, and

mechanical components.

 Ensure compliance with company quality standards, approved drawings, and safety

procedures.

 Identify installation defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate with

technicians for corrective actions.

 Conduct pre-commissioning and final quality inspections before handover to

customers.

 Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, and site audit documentation.

 Monitor technician workmanship and ensure adherence to standard operating

procedures.

 Coordinate with installation, service, and technical teams to resolve quality-related

issues.

 Track defects and verify corrective actions are completed within the specified

timeline.

 Travel to project sites as required for inspections and quality audits.

Required Qualifications

 ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field.

 Experience in elevator installation, maintenance, commissioning, or quality inspection

is preferred.

 Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to work in the field

may also apply.

 Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, drawings, and safety

procedures.

 Good observation, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.

 Willingness to travel to customer sites within Chennai and other assigned locations.

Important Requirement

This is a field-based position, not an office-only role. The candidate must be comfortable

visiting elevator installation sites regularly and conducting on-site quality inspections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
