Quality Control Executive (Facilities & Maintenance)

Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $4,500/month
• 1 Month Variable Bonus
• 1 Month Performance Bonus
• 16 Days Annual Leave
• 2 Days Family Care Leave

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality inspections on completed facilities and maintenance works.
• Perform documentation audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure maintenance works meet required quality, contractual and operational standards.
• Track defects, audit findings and corrective actions through to closure.
• Verify quality of work performed by contractors and vendors.
• Support Authority audits, inspections and surveillance programmes.
• Monitor and report on quality performance and outstanding observations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 41001 and audit processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation and coordination skills.
