Quality Control Executive (Improve Process)

Specific Responsibilities

• Monitor laboratory quality and daily operations to ensure reliable test results and compliance with relevant quality standards.
• Review laboratory performance data, trends, and key indicators to identify potential issues, risks, delays, rework, or customer complaints.
• Work closely with laboratory teams to support timely problem solving, process correction, and smooth daily operations.
• Support investigations into recurring issues or non-conformities and help identify practical corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote continuous improvement activities to reduce errors, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen laboratory process reliability.
• Follow up on improvement actions and report progress, quality trends, risks, and key findings to management.
• Support the preparation and improvement of work procedures, checklists, templates, and lessons learned records.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality practices, problem solving, safety, compliance, and professional conduct.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing laboratory, QA/QC, laboratory quality system, process improvement, or related field.

• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025, CAPA, Lean, data analysis, or structured problem-solving tools is preferred.

• Good understanding of CAPA, NCR, complaint handling, risk-based thinking, and effectiveness verification.

• Proficiency in structured problem-solving tools such as 5W1H, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.

• Knowledge of SPC, data analysis, trend monitoring, and process improvement tools.

• Understanding of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, standard work, and waste reduction concepts.

• Ability to work with dashboards and digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, LIMS, or equivalent systems.

• Good communicate in ENG If have TOEIC Score are prefered.
