Quality Control / Finish Worker

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production & Shipping Associate to join our team and help ensure every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and quality-check materials after production
• Operate laminating equipment with precision and care
• Accurately package and ship finished products to customers
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock control
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely order fulfillment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
• Good eye/hand coordination and physical dexterity
• Basic to intermediate math and computer skills
• Comfortable using measurement tools (calipers, tape measure, ruler)
• Able to read, write, and understand English to follow work orders, labels, and shipping documentation
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, packaging, laminating, or quality control
• Experience working in a production or warehouse environment
