What they need
Job description QC Inline Garment:
-Inspeksi Awal: Memeriksa sampel pertama (first piece) sebelum produksi massal dilanjutkan untuk memastikan pola, ukuran, dan jahitan sudah sesuai.
-Kontrol Kualitas: Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin dan acak langsung di lini produksi (sewing line)
-Koordinasi Perbaikan: Mengarahkan operator jahit untuk segera memperbaiki atau mengoreksi produk yang tidak sesuai standar.
-Pencegahan Kesalahan: Memberikan arahan kepada operator agar kesalahan yang sama tidak terulang, sehingga kualitas dan target produksi tetap terjaga.
Kualifikasi:
-Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat.
-Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama (QC Inline Garment).
-Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai proses jahit (sewing process)
-Teliti, tegas, cekatan, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkoordinasi dengan bagian produksi
