Quality Control Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team and help ensure that incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet company quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will perform inspections, sampling, testing, monitoring, documentation, and quality control activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System (HAS), food safety, and other applicable quality management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct sampling and inspection of incoming packaging and other materials.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify product specifications, packaging quality, and overall production compliance.
• Conduct routine calibration and verification of weighing scales and other measuring equipment.
• Perform Vitamin A fortification activities and other quality control processes according to approved procedures.
• Inspect finished products before packing and identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials/products.
• Monitor product traceability and ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials throughout production.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related science course.
• Strong background or knowledge in Halal is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Halal Assurance System (HAS), and quality control procedures is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and college-level applicants with relevant manufacturing or quality control experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and shifting schedules.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow established quality and safety procedures.
