Quality Control Inspector

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team here at Ralph S. Alberts. No manufacturing or QC background? No problem, we'll train the right person! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn, we'd love to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to make sure they meet customer and company quality standards
• Measure parts using tools like tape measures, calipers, and micrometers (training provided)
• Compare finished products to customer drawings and specs
• Identify and document quality issues, and work with the production team to solve them
• Help maintain inspection records and assist with quality audits and improvement projects
• Pitch in on hands-on production work when needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working independently and staying organized

Manufacturing or QC experience is a plus, but it's absolutely not required. We're happy to train the right person.

Schedule

First Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Overtime may be required.
