Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Ensure that all items are passed within the quality standard that the company are being implemented and all items achieved their high-quality status through excellent visual inspecting and continuous monitoring of process.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for incoming, out-going, and in-process inspection
• Inspection of raw materials
• Conduct sampling inspection of the paper combination of all board to be inspected
• Conduct laboratory testing (BCT, ECT and RCT)
• Conduct product inspection based on inspection checklist and per process
• Approved or reject the product running at production based on standard specification requirement by the client
• Monitor for non-compliance process
• Conduct auditing/internal audit on production process
• Ensure all operators are doing the standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Support other section when assigned

About you

• Work experience in packaging industry is a plus
