Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our production team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet quality standards by performing precise inspections, analyzing measurements, and verifying compliance with industry regulations. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining the highest levels of quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout the production process. Job Responsibilities

· Inspect finished products, incoming materials, new items, and customer returns

· Visually inspect products to find defects or problems

· Measure parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

· Read basic drawings to verify sizes and tolerances

· Follow written work instructions

· Write clear reports when products do not meet requirements

· Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Experience

· At least 1 year of experience inspecting parts in a manufacturing or factory environment

· Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

· Ability to use basic measuring tools

· Ability to read and understand simple drawings and measurements

· Ability to add, subtract, and understand fractions

· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook

· Ability to speak, read, and write in English

· Ability to handle small to medium-sized lightweight parts

· Other related training or experience may also qualify

Working Conditions

· Work is performed while sitting or standing at a workbench

· Regularly lift and move items weighing 0–20 pounds

· Occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds

· Frequent handling of small, medium, and some heavy parts

· Our environment is closed Campus – are you ok with staying in the facility during the day.

· Our production area can vary in extreme temperature swings during peak summer and winter months

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
