Quality Control Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC inspections according to SOP and quality standards.
• Complete accurate and traceable inspection records following QMSR data integrity requirements.
• Conduct product inspection, identify non-conforming items, segregate defects and report issues promptly.
• Properly operate, clean and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
• Follow non-conforming product control procedures strictly to prevent defective product release.
• Maintain workplace 5S and support internal/external audits.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, entry-level acceptable.
• Medical device QC experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of QMSR and ISO 13485; able to read English SOP and inspection specs.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined and follow quality rules strictly.
• Good eyesight for visual and dimensional inspection.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, able to work overtime and shifts as needed.

Pay: Up to $20.50 per hour
