Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all steel fabrication works meet required standards, specifications, and safety regulations. The role involves inspecting materials, monitoring fabrication processes, and verifying finished products to ensure quality and compliance.

• Inspect incoming raw materials (steel plates, bars, structural components) for quality and compliance
• Conduct in-process inspections during cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly
• Verify dimensions and tolerances based on drawings and technical specifications
• Perform visual and basic welding inspections (e.g., weld size, defects, alignment)
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation
• Identify defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Monitor use of proper fabrication procedures and safety practices
• Assist in final inspection before delivery or installation
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
