Quality Control Inspector (Final Inspection)

Key Responsibilities – Final Quality Control (FQC)

• Perform final inspection of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Identify, document, and report any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.

• Ensure all products meet internal quality procedures before shipment or delivery.

• Conduct visual and functional checks based on inspection criteria and quality guidelines.

• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.

• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper handling and segregation of non-conforming products.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

• Adhere to company safety policies and standard operating procedures during inspection processes.

• Assist in audits, quality checks, and other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and inspection processes is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
