Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for the company.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
• Ensure that manufacturing or operational processes meet international and local standards.
• Manage and lead the QC teams and manage suppliers/vendors on quality assurance procedures and protocols.
• Identify and coordinate with Supplier and inspector for outgoing inspection in order to achieve target set.
• To verify adequate calibration of key measuring equipment are done at supplier and to ensure correct/proper measuring equipment/inspection jig are used during inspection.
• Support Procurement Engineer in part qualification to guide suppliers to meet our product quality including packaging are sufficient cargo protection and effective transportation.
• Reviewing guidelines for product assembly and ensuring all materials and resources are available
• Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties
• Investigate product issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards.
