- Memimpin fungsi Quality Control untuk memastikan standar kualitas seluruh outlet berjalan konsisten.
- Memastikan penerapan dan kepatuhan terhadap standar QC di industri F&B, termasuk food safety, hygiene, sanitation, dan kualitas produk.
- Menetapkan dan mengembangkan standar, SOP, checklist, serta parameter kualitas restoran.
- Melakukan audit dan monitoring terhadap bahan baku, proses produksi, penyimpanan, hingga produk siap disajikan.
- Memastikan konsistensi kualitas makanan meliputi rasa, porsi, suhu, tampilan, dan keamanan produk.
- Menganalisis temuan QC, customer complaint, dan permasalahan kualitas serta menetapkan tindakan perbaikan.
