Quality Control Manager

Qualifications

• Experienced as a QC Manager in an electronics assembly factory
• Thorough command of the ISO certification process, from document preparation through to the audit itself
• Thorough command of the TKDN (Domestic Component Level) product certification process, including preparing supporting documents and assisting with verification

Job Description

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the QC team
• Develop and oversee inspection procedures and testing protocols for raw materials, production processes, and finished products
• Manage the calibration and maintenance schedule for all testing equipment
• Ensure all processes within the Quality Management System comply with ISO standards
• Plan, lead, and evaluate the implementation of periodic quality audits
• Act as the main person in charge (PIC) for communication with ISO certification bodies and third-party auditors
