Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance in our Bakery

We need someone who has experience in SQF Certification

Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality control plans aligned with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct detailed inspections and quality assessments
• Manage quality inspection processes by collecting data, analyzing findings, and documenting non-conformances for corrective action.
• Lead teams in performing inspections, quality assurance audits, and compliance checks to uphold high standards
• Monitor ongoing adherence to energy, Food Industry codes, structural systems standards, and other relevant regulations to prevent violations.
• Provide training sessions on quality control procedures and best practices for site personnel.

Experience

• SQF
• Demonstrated expertise in quality Control assurance
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations as well as local and national regulations governing quality compliance.
• Experience conducting detailed Food inspections
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex quality control procedures while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
