Quality control manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for a remote sales call center.

The ideal candidate has experience in call center quality assurance and sales, understands sales communication and objection handling, and can provide clear and constructive feedback to operators.

This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, objectivity, and the ability to consistently review a high volume of calls daily.

Responsibilities:

• Listen to and evaluate operator calls daily (50–60 calls per day)
• Assess operator performance using the internal quality score system
• Identify weak points in sales communication and call handling
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve operators’ performance
• Maintain reports and monitor overall call center quality standards

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Urdu
• An important point about the vacancy: The new QA will have a work schedule with mandatory working days on Saturday and Sunday
• Experience in QA / Quality Control / call center operations
• Understanding of sales processes and objection handling
• Ability to analyze calls and provide constructive feedback
• Strong self-organization and discipline in remote work

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote position

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
