Quality Control - Manufacturing

5+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality control processes to measure product or service compliance with established design specifications.
• Develop and conduct sampling, inspection, and testing procedures.
• Analyze quality data to identify defects, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis and participate in corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve processes.
• Document test results, findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and develop practical solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of quality processes and recommend improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, quality assurance, testing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and statistical process control techniques.
• Experience developing and executing sampling and testing procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret quality data and identify trends or process issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
