What they need
- Role Overview: Maintains FSSAI compliance, food safety, hygiene protocols, and raw material quality checks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming milk testing (Fat and SNF content) upon arrival.
- Monitor food internal cooking temperatures and delivery temperatures (min 55°C).
- Maintain daily sample retention logs and enforce staff personal hygiene (hairnets, aprons, gloves).
- Qualifications & Skills: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Microbiology, Food Technology, or Nutrition; certified FSSAI FoSTaC trainer preferred.

Gross Wages: ₹17,500
