Position : QC OfficerLocation: Hosur

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities ofOfficer Documentation include the following

1. To prepare and maintain the documents as per ISO/IEC 17025.
2. To maintain New Document formats, Laboratory Data register & Logbooks.
3. To prepare and maintain the  FSSAI and Agmark documents.
4. SOP Preparation ,Issuance and Retrieval of documents.
5. Maintaining all the documents related to laboratory activity.
6. Conducting Internal Audits and Management Reviews.
7. Handling NABL assessments, surveillance, reassessment, and scope extension activities.
8. Maintain compliance registers (Proficiency Testing, Method Validation, Equipment Calibration).
9. Coordinate with Technical and Quality Manager for internal & external audits, management reviews, track findings and corrective actions (CAPA).
10. Execute the IQC plan and prepare the IQC report as per ISO/IEC 17025.
11. Ensure Data Integrity and Metrological Traceability.
12. Supervise general housekeeping of laboratory
13. Raising Purchase Requisition and Bill forwarding.
14. Handling of Gate pass and test reports of External lab testing samples.
